To my suprise the camcorder works great. On high resolution you need to use a a tripod but on standard resolution the photos are great along with the video. I was impressed with the easy to use software for transfering images and mpegs to my computer. All in all I would say this is a great buy for a someone who wants to get great photos and movies at a great price. If I could change anything about it I would only ask they provide for a larger SD card than the two gig it accepts.   1     2     3   Non User
