I too took notice of and bought the Flip after reading Pogue's review. I wanted a camera that was zero frills, small and light, and cheap. This is all that. The video quality is not superb, but it is about as good as a regular non-dv home video cam from 5 years ago. The sound is decent - which is more important in this youtube world. I use it with a Macbook, and edit with iMovie. I believe that the size and simplicity of it will allow me to carry it around and take more spontaneous video than I otherwise would.   1     2     3   Non User
