A Satisfactory Product

| The cord is a bit short but long enough for my flash bracket. It seems to be substantial and has operated flawlessly so far. I have not used it extensively. My Vivitar flash bracket has no locking mechanism for the end that goes to the flash and there is the possibility it and the flash can slip off the bracket handle. The other end of the cord has a fastening mechanism as does my Cannon flash. I used a heavy rubber band to secure it. Buyers should be sure their flash bracket has a fastening screw mechanism. My flash bracket is excellent for my use but this is a concern. Cannon should consider adding this feature to their cords. I take thousands of photos a year and will have a better opinion of its ruggedness after a year of use. |
