| I am an American Soldier currently deployed in Iraq. I recently purchased a leather, Casio digital camera case, in which I paid online. Casio received my payment but my product never showed up. When I called casio to inquire about the case, the lady over the phone said...oh sorry but we couldn't deliver your product. I then asked her...it took me having to call you when you could have just emailed me. Then I disputed the order and eventually received recoupment for the item. It just took a month. If this is how you treat American sodiers overseas, imagine how you could be treated in Country especially over the holidays. |
