Disatisfied with this experience!

This order proved to be an extremely frustrating process for me. I did not realize that my old address was still recognized as my shipping address, particularly as I have placed several orders since the address change and have not had any problems. I never received my order as it was not sent to my current address. I was also quite disatisfied with the company who sent the product as they very very slow in responding to my emails if they did at all, and when they did, their responses left me wondering if they had truly read what was sent. I also feel that Amazon, while you answered my emails, were slow to respond to my concerns and helping me resolve this issue with the vendor.
I cannot rate the product as I never received it and ultimately, ended up buying a similar product from another vendor. I believe that my response to question 1 is inaccurate and suggest alternative options be given. |
