Light and compact when folded
|
This is a travel tripod. It's very light, seems quality built and collapses to one of the smallest tripods around, thanks to its 4 sections.
For those not aware, Induro is the USA/Euro band name of Benro, a Chinese company.
This is a tripod for light systems.
If you have one of the small Cannon or Nikon dSLR's, with max a 55-200mm "consumer" lens, this is the tripod for you. If you have anything heavier, get a full sized pod.
I bought this for when I go bicycle riding and traveling.
Don't forget you need to add a ballhead (or whatever head you like - but ball head is most appropriate for this) that also adds to the overall weight and size. (I got the Manfrotto mini ball - a perfect fit on this.)
Only problem I have, is that there are no holes in the top for screws to lock down the ballhead.
The case it comes in is also high quality and is just big enough to fit the pod + my mini ball head.
Don't forget to register to auto extend the warranty to 5 years - its not clear that you need to do that to get the full 5 years.
