Fine product, BUT!

As usual, this item carries the Olympus high standards of quality. I can't see anything negative about it as far as my experience with it goes. I will not get the chance to evaluate it's function, however, since Amazon listed it for the E500 camera (which I purchased at the same time), and this AC adapter does NOT work with the E500 camera. NO adapter works with that camera since there is no DC input jack.
Amazon listed this adapter wrong, but won't reimburse my return shipping cost. BEWARE if you are looking at this as an accessory for the Olympus E500. It is correct for the E1 and E300 cameras, though. Shame on you Amazon! |
