bad picture quality...

| I bought this camera with great hope. It is sleek and looks great. But it doesn't do what it is made for. The picture quality is bad, esp. pictures taken indoor. Almost all the pictures look grainy. The camera even freezes often. I wanted to return it, but Olympus wouldn't take it back, I even said I'd pay extra for another model, no luck. They made me pay to ship it to them even though it was under warranty. They just cleaned the lens and shipped it back in one day. That didn't solve the problem. I don't want to send it for repair for a second time. I somehow want to get rid of it. I regret the purchase and I'll stay away from Olympus in future. I don't recommend this product. |
