| I ordered this product to be used with a Canon 20d and a 580ex flash. I can not get a good picture with it. The attachments are flimsy and clumsy. All pictures I have taken with it are slow to flash and the pictures have turned out almost pure white. Also, I see no way to use this with the camera and a tripod. The instructions are very minimal to say the least. Of course, at 5:00 on Friday night support could not be reached for help and I was hoping to use for a photo shoot on Sunday. Terrible service! |
