Great, inexpensive camera

| I wanted to buy a fun, inexpensive digital camera for my six year old. After looking into all the cameras designed for kids (Fisher Price and others) I realized that they had few features and poor picture quality. The Samsung Digimax comes in fun bright colors, has lots of features and decent picture quality. So far, it hasn't been dropped or kicked, so the jury is out on how long it will hold up. Meanwhile, my son has had a blast using the camera. It is easy to use and has a nice big LCD screen. Downloading the images to the computer is a little tricky, but with an inexpensive 1GB SD card, it's just like a little photo album to carry around for him. |
