THE HP SOFTWARE IS WORSE THAN A VIRUS

| I think HP has gone after the fast buck on this one....The software is VERY invasive and next to imposible to remove....Never did get to scan a slide....Which was the only reason I wanted the unit. Wasted 2 years trouble shooting. Tech support gave up on this model and will not help you any more. |
