Great bag!
|
| I am a recent purchaser of this camera bag (actually my husband bought it for me). I have a Canon EOS 5D and needed a good traveling camera bag for it; this one is wonderful. I just got back from my first trip with the bag; it was a trip to Chicago. I used the bag as my carry on item and there was plenty of room for my camera with my 70 - 300 telephoto lens attached, a 20mm wide-angle, and my flash in the bottom portion of the bag (there was also room for my other lens, but I left it at home). The pockets held my extra battery, lens filters, and cables. In the top of the bag I packed my reading material, snacks, gum, and wallet. The bag felt heavy to lift with an arm or on one shoulder, but when placed on my back with the straps fastened it was fine. I removed the books while in Chicago, but carried everything else all around Chicago without feeling tired or my shoulders feeling sore. It was great, a much better experience than other trips with other bags. The back is padded for comfort, as is the waist strap and shoulder straps - they are also wide so that they don't cut into your shoulders or waist. The pack fit in the locker at the Shedd Aquarium and I took out the little zip pouch (it attaches to the top of the bottom portion) to carry my extra lens and flash around the aquarium (I didn't want to bump other visitors with my pack). It worked out really well. I also love the flexibility - the bottom portion of the pack has padded dividers that can be arranged a multitude of ways, which is a very nice feature. I have also taken the bag on bike rides with my equipment and it fits so well against my back that I had no problems with balance or weight. I love this bag and highly recommend it. |
