VERY ADVANCED

| This DVD was very advanced. I have been doing dance/aerobics/kickboxing for many years. I ordered this dvd, a pilates dvd, and a Crunch dvd at the same time. I learned all of the Crunch dance dvd on my third time watching it. This dvd does not have one person doing a 'modified' version and reminds me of hyper cheerleaders. This dvd is very hard to follow and I would NOT recommend. It reminds me of a '70's version of trying to be current dance routines. |
