Hip Hop Music was glaringly absent from this program

I purchased this exercise program because I wanted to exercise to hip hop music. The music on these DVDs is pop music. A hip hop artist would be shot if he came out of the gate with the music on this DVD.
Anyway, even though the music was not as upbeat as I thought it would be, I kept the program and proceeded to do the exercises. The DVD I started off with was the buns and thighs DVD. After using it for less than 2 weeks, my butt debulked (from the yoga moves) and I was very impressed.
I then proceeded to do the cardio DVDs. One thing that I noticed was that nobody was sweating in the DVDs other than Shaun T. It was clear that he must have been under a heat lamp or something. The moves we were doing wouldn't burn any calories if you lit a match to the exercisers.
I ended up selling the program online.
This workout is not realistic and there is NO WAY Shaun T got those abs from these DVDs. He likely runs and does situps.
Also, the "how to dance segment" was too fast and not properly explained. Don't expect to learn to dance either off this set.
Buy the BUNS and thigh one and skip the rest. |
