It is perfectly letterboxed and the picture quality is really good. The colors are a bit to bright but this is EASILY the best non remastered movie that Red Sun has released.
This is a Jing Wong movie and one of his best. He wrote it and Tong Gai directed it. Yes that Tong Gai. He was Lau Kar Leung's partner in choreographing pretty much every shaw brothers movie from back in the day. The story is about the evil 9th prince looking to be the ruler and have the emporer be a puppet. 2 young princes get split up at an earyl age. I am goin to stop myself right now and force you to go and experience this for yourself. It is truly one of the greatest and craziest kung fu movies ever. This movie is not only the first of it's kind, but also one of the best still today. This was not the first, just the first to get this crazy with what they are doing. You have to see it to believe it.
So everybody who loves movies NEEDS to get this today.
