There are more skiers, oh, Yummy. Even some bumper boats, Yum Yum. Jaws 3 takes place at a water amusement park with under water glass tunnels,etc. In one shot you can see part of the Orange County, Florida logo on an ambulance so, I would presume it was shot in Orlando, Florida.
