| My husband and I love this workout DVD. There are 9 "short" workouts. Even though they are short, they target a specific area nicely. You can do 1 "workout" or a combination of many for more intensity. We do a variety of workouts and this DVD seems to get used multiple times a week. There is no special equipment needed, i.e. bands, weights,which make it very convenient. There are 3 levels to follow; beginner, interm., and advanced. Our children even like to join in with us! |
