| I am brand new to this type of workout, and did the first two circuits today using a 10 lb. KB. I think I will like this, once I've got some practice under my belt. At first, I thought each rep was too fast, but once I've got my form down, I don't think that will be a problem. I'm sure by the time I can move at the speed of the instructor, it will be time for me to move up to a 15 lb. KB. I enjoyed the DVD, and would recommend. I'm going to use wrist guards the next time, though! :-) |
