| Phantom Empire is a total waste of time and money. In the view of the director, the showing of a few bare breasts is an okay substitute for story and characterization. I kept falling asleep while trying to watch this totally boring and completely forgettable bit of film history. I'd reveal the plot, but I don't want to bore you. |
