Behind The Scene's Look At The Business
|
It just shows past stories from Confidential that a fan of the business would be interested in. The main stories that are the highlight of this DVD are the story behind Eric Bischoff coming to WWE, Stone Cold's walkout from WWE (from the WWE's point of view), a tribute to the British Bulldog, a look at Jimmy Snuka & Bobby The Brain, DX invading WCW Nitro, the brief story behind WCW's downfall (the detailed version is on the Monday Night War), the history of the NWA/WCW World Title, and the WWE's side of the story about Bret vs. Shawn in at Survivor Series '97. Also Rikishi gives the story behing the Somoan family tree which includes The Rock, Rocky Johnson, The Wild Somoans, Yokozuna and others.
They have other stories like The Rock meeting a 90+ year old fan, Booker T meeting football star Levon Kirkland, Kurt Angle returning to where he trained for the Olympics, Bradshaw & Big Show & Shanquia play hoops, a look at 3 generations of Ortons (Bob Sr., Bob Jr., Randy), William Regal shows off his reptiles, and Trish Stratus gives a tour of her house.
The DVD extra are classic matches like Bulldog vs. Bret at SummerSlam '92, Bret vs. Shawn at Survivor Series '97, Booker T vs. Scott Steiner at the final WCW Nitro, and Jimmy Snuka vs. Ray Stevens from '82.
Basically, if you liked the show Confidential then get it...if not, skip it. I only got this one because it was used for $6. |
