| The audio and video are both very good for a live performance. The 16:9 format is a plus for me. Willie, Merle and Ray perform some of their best and sound good doing it. Ray Benson and his band are western swing at it's best (a little Bob Wills sound). Look carefully and you will see a modern pedal steel guitar as well as a "Sho-bud" early pedal steel next to a quad neck early Fender non pedal steel. This was an added treat for me since I am interested in steel guitar history. The interview, as an added bonus, is very interesting since they talk about some of the famous song writers, early times in the business and some funny events. The audio is not very good during the interview, but the content makes it worth listening to. This DVD is for a classic country music fan to have and enjoy. Buy it.....you will like it! | |
