FUNNIER THAN ANY CURRENT SITCOM IN USA!!

| I got hooked on 'The Vicar of Dibley' while living in Orlando this past year. It was on one of our PBS channels, and I had just finished watching 'Are You Being Served?' and 'Good Neighbors.' When I heard the theme music from my living room, I thought, "I'm changing that as soon as I can, I want a comedy" because the music seemed sort of melancholy in nature. Decided to leave it on when I heard laughter and thank God I did because it is HILARIOUS! When I moved back down to Ft. Myers, I was disapointed when I realized they don't have it down here so I quickly ordered this season, got my friends hooked on it, and now I am ordering the divine collection nad giving this DVD to a friend of mine. I am watching it now in fact! Since many funny sitcoms in the USA have ended (Seinfeld, Friends, Frasier, Cosby Show, etc.), and t.v. is filled with those garbage reality shows, it is great to HAVE this show in my DVD collection!! |
