Not enough instruction

| This video assumed that the viewer knew when to tighten the abs and when relax them. It just didn't offer enough instruction as she went through each exercise. Also, the delivery was distracting; it was obvious the instructor was reading a cue card. She reminded me of a third grader giving an oral presentation in front of the class. She was just going through the motions almost robotically. |
