I found this after I gave birth to my daughter.It was relatively simple,without complex moves.After fully commiting to workout 3 days a week with this I got into the best shape of my life.It took a few months,but I never felt better.I had more energy,felt firmer,and got alot of compliments on my post-baby figure.
