More of a workout than I actually expected!

| This was more of a workout than I actually expected. I have very bad knees and standing is very hard for me, jumping is impossible. When I saw that the excercises were done in a chair, I decided to try it. Now, SOME of the excercises are done standing, but, still, in a very limited area. This makes it much easier to do in my living room. My heart rate does indeed go up and I really do sweat. My legs are getting stronger, and it's only been a month! This is truly a great workout for physically challanged people like myself. |
