♥♥♥♥♥	Good, but...
I started out really liking the workout. Over time, I've lost interest. It's a little too repetitive in that you do the same steps over and over (though they do vary the arms.) Plus, some of the steps in the jazz section are a bit fast for me. Basically, it is not my favorite workout DVD, but it provides variety and is somewhat fun.
