Continuing the Saiyans saga, Destruction begins with the remaining Z fighters hoping desperately for Goku's arrival. Vegeta and Nappa first grant a reprieve from the fighting on the grounds that they would like to wait for Goku to arrive and provide some competition, but when Goku's approach can be felt by Vegeta and his immense power is sensed, they change their minds and decide to finish off the Z force.
This installment brims with emotional scenes that will leave tears in your eyes. Piccolo selflessly sacrifices himself to save Gohan and reaffirms the boy's sense of self and worth. And Goku's gentle arrival and warm greeting to his wounded son is heart-warming. This is a must-have for any DBZ fan.
Note that this is the English-dubbed cut version of the series; other viewers prefer the Japanese uncut versions, though I personally do not.
