Irresponsible Captain Tylor - Collection 3 description Justy Ueki Tylor's transition from oblivious dim bulb to understated hero nears completion in this third collection of the original television series. When Harumi follows Raalgon commander Shia-Has's orders and infects the crew of the Soyokaze with an engineered virus, Tylor volunteers to become a hostage, rather than risk his friends' lives. It's a noble gesture, but one he wouldn't have thought to make in the first episodes. Although he's technically a prisoner of war aboard the gargantuan Raalgon flagship, Tylor escapes from his cell and fixes a midnight snack, which enables him to befriend the 16-year-old Empress Azalyn before she discovers who he is (and vice versa).
