Kenny Chesney - Greatest Hits description OK, so the critical rap against Kenny Chesney is that while he's got the goods (an exemplary country voice with a broad emotional range), his penchant for recording fluffy material is beneath his talent. Maybe so. But there's no need to dwell on that while watching this good-natured, handsomely produced collection of Chesney's music videos, a tie-in to the singer's greatest hits CD. Among the nine tracks is the atmospheric, black-and-white effort "I Lost It," the touching love story "Me and You," the witty, exceptionally easy to watch "How Forever Feels," and an irresistibly cute farce perfect for Chesney's novelty hit, "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy." There's also a bit of live footage, and while the DVD's special features don't exactly catch fire, they include some fun outtakes and snapshot data on Chesney's background and career highlights. --Tom Keogh |
