"Sounds like the Best of" but better.

| I have a lot of live performance DVDs and by far this is the greatest I've ever seen and heard. 5.1 surround and the mixing work is incredible. As far as the performance, Mr. Kanye West really owns his material. I might have organized a different set list, but at least his best songs are included. I could care less about the guest rappers, but John Legend is a nice addition. Also the music videos from Late Registration make this an incredibly good value for the $12 I paid to get this. I love poetry and classical music so it just makes sense that when they are put together it is going to be interesting, but I respect Kanye for being the first to do this. He has pushed the envelope so far on this one that I am surprised that this was not released in the US. If you are wondering if the string section changes the songs for the better, well I guess you will just have to get this to see and hear what my hype is about. Genius. |
