| This DVD brought back so many memories for me. I was just 12 when the Real World debuted on MTV and what was the start of reality tv as we know it. The first season will always be one of my favorites because it WAS the first season and for that reason, this cast seemed more "real" than other real world casts.
I really enjoyed watching this DVD and all of the special features including the original real world. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the fact that they cut out the original music that was aired on television. There were some parts where I actually remember what song was playing during that moment. I am glad I have the first season on DVD because now I get to watch it anytime I want since MTV does not show re-runs of these past seasons anymore. I recommend The Real World: The Complete First Season to anyone who is not sure about buying it. |
