Good workout
|
| I thought that this workout was a very good workout from beginner to advanced. I felt like I was in pretty good shape but after I did the DVD for the first time, I had trouble walking and sitting the next day...so it works. It is easily broken out into 5-10 minute workouts. If you just wanted to work certain areas it would be very easy to alter your workout. There are lunges and squats for the lower body segment that I don't typically like to do but seemed a little easier with ball to help balance you. |
