| And that aint always a bad thing either, cause I mean damn, how many 53 year old action stars out there can do all the stunts Jackie Chan does? That's the bright side. On the other hand you can really tell where his age is setting in in this movie. His kicks & punches aren't as agile, and it seems like his overall reaction time is lacking. Another thing that bothered me was Jackie Chan's character. Inspector Chan Crying? Bowing? Getting on his knees & begging?! Let's look back @ Police Story 1, 2, & 3(AKA Supercop), where Inspector Chan had balls of steel and didnt show a shred of weakness! (especially not that early in the movie either)Dont get me wrong though, this movie had a really creative plot & the villains in this movie were my favorite in the series. Bottom line, if you enjoy watching Jackie Chan flicks go ahead & check it out, just dont expect no Supercop part 2. | |
