Great after some experience with pilates

| After using Pilates for Inflexible People for a year, I tried this video out and it's been a welcome addition to my workout routine. Karen Garcia takes the Maggie Rhoades lessons to the next level- the open leg rocker and leg series are much more challenging at this level. It seems to me the beginner routines are somewhat basic, the intermediate routines are very challenging and are great for building strength. The advanced lessons are really advanced and you need to be incredibly flexible to do them. Nonetheless, this is a great workout that will challenge you and make you a true intermediate pilates student. |
