Outstanding Qigong Video!

| Animated like starwars. This video is great! I've been practicing Qigong and energy arts for more than 15 years. Jeff really out did himself. When I originally bought the video I thought it might be a gimick, but I was very happy with it. The routine is intense, very powerful Qi feeling, and the animation really helps. Especialy for beginners like my wife, but even I found it useful. A camera could never capture the small subtle movements which make this form so powerful. In order for the viewer to see them clearly they used life-like animation to show pressing on Qi energy fields, how to make the roatations more circular, and spirals. The spiraling is my favorite. Anyways, this video really rocks! |
