This is a great post natal workout

| This is a great post natal workout for someone who is out of shape. I was on bed rest for the final 5 months of my pregnancy, so I was seriously out of shape. This workout is not too hard for those of us who had complicated pregnancies, and it really works what you need worked after having a baby. I also had a C-section, and it's not too much stress on that area that can be extremely sensitive. Despite being gentle on you, you will still work up a sweat, and the stomach workout is great! |
