One workout I actually wished was longer!

| I recently purchased this DVD because I love yoga, but want the muscle building that comes with using weights too. I enjoyed this workout so much I was actually sorry to see the 20 minutes come to an end! That is rare: ) The DVD is filmed in a very beautiful location overlooking the ocean (I read somewhere that it's Hawaii). There are beautiful palm trees around the instructor. I really wished I was there doing the workout with her and then heading down to the beach! She is a good instructor, pleasant, and is in great shape. I'm definitely going to purchase some more of Sara's 20 minute yoga DVDs to mix and match. The 20 minutes will be great for when I am pressed for time and still want to squeeze in a workout. The only thing is if you want to work out longer, you may want to purchase another of her 20 Minute Yoga Makeover DVDs (I think there are five in the series) and do both together. That's what I plan to do. Good DVD. |
