| I have been working out to this video 3-4 times a week for 4 weeks and have been cutting back on carbs. My jeans are fitting better and I have dropped 6 pounds. It definitely helps to use weights and an excercise ball as seen in the video as it helps give an extra push to the workout. Denise does tend to talk quite alot, sometimes annoying, but other times it keeps you on track by reminding you to keep proper form which is important. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good starter workout to get you motivated. | |
