Excellent, authentic Ukrainian cooking
|
I bought this DVD for a good Ukrainian friend of mine. I've heard very good feedback from her, and the best of all is to share a stuffed pike dish with her which she had cooked following the DVD. It is amazing, it is also a very complicated recipe, but the chefs made a wonderful demonstration.
I haven't gone through the entire DVD myself, but I read some of the attached recipes, and they are very clear and detailed. My friend also said the renderings are authentic.
