| The film itself is excellent; it's my favorite of the van Gogh biopics. But the BBC has angered me so much with this disk that I gave it a two-star rating. The viewer is forced to watch 3 1/2 minutes of advertising before the menu appears. The menu, skip, and fast-forward buttons are all disabled; they are what're called "Prohibited User Operations" or PUOs. I know how to make a copy that removes the advertising, and, unless one has that capability, I suggest not buying this disk. | |
