| I watched this hoping for oddities and absurdities; old unusual footage; the "red-headed step-children" of porn. I was disappointed. "King of Porn" was indeed odd, but needed to go one or two steps further to make a good story. The "Mr. Nude" contest is a funny and interesting visit to tan lines and overgrown muffs. The comedic "Pacifier" is an entertaining, although easily dismissible, adolescent romp. A couple films were noteworthy only because of overwhelming tedium: "Blue Movie" and "The Influence of Ocular Light Perception." Most of the others are below average/just plain lame. One of them, "Sex Junkie" is melodramatic, juvenile, and overall sucky and obvious. |
