Horrible item... noisy and crappy

| I agree with the previous reviewer. This system has a very loud and distracting humming noise that just won't go away. Mine didn't skip playing DVDs (at least it hasn't yet), but my main speaker died after three days of use. I called Philips technical support and they sent me a replacement speaker pretty fast. However, it is the wrong color (brown, and my system is black, and so are the stands I bought for it). Now Philips tells me that brown and black have the same part number, and that black is no longer made, so I have stands, right speaker and subwoofer in black, but left speaker in brown. Total lack of quality in manufacturing, performance, and support. |
