♥♥♥♥♥ College Student Usage
I received my microphone yesterday and was eager to use if for my Molecular Biology class today. I sit in the back of the classroom which seats close to 50 and recorded the professor who speaks in a soft voice. When I played back the recording, I had to turn my speakers up but the clarity was perfect. I understood every word he said.

I also use the program Microsoft OneNote. I would highly recommend this to anyone who must take notes on any type of lecture. As you record the lecture with this program, it places audio bookmarks to the left of EVERY LINE YOU TYPE. After class, I go back over my lines of notes with a question mark next to them (Ctrl+3 puts a noticable question mark in front of the line). I hit the play button and it immediately picks up the lecture at the point in time that I entered the line. This way, when 50 minute lecture, it doesn't take any searching at all to find what you want. Also, with the Windows Media Audio 9.1 Voice codec, the 50 minute lecture was condensed into a 3MB file - hardly a 4 minute song is size.

I have yet to use the stereo capabilities, but I plan on recording some piano music later. (This is why I bought the version with dual-functionality.)

I highly recommend this product.
