There is no S-video input. Many people are not yet ready for HD because it doesn't have all the channels so are using S-video out of a standard definition cable or satelite box as it is the next best thing. I now can not use the HT-DDW900 as a switch for audio and video without sacrificing the S-video signal of my Satellite reciever and downgrading to composite(yellow). i'm stuck switching inputs on my TV and reciever when changing the component i want to view. other than that I am blown away by the value of this product.
