These headphones are AWSOME! I use them to listen to music while I am working. Since I work in an open room among several co-workers, it is important to me, that I can not hear outside noise when I have my headphones on. Since I purchased this set of headphones, I've actually had co-workers find the need to walk over to my desk to get my attention. In addition to using them at work, I wear them with my MP3 Player while working out at the gym. They fit so securely and comfortably in my ears that I've not once had to adjust them while doing cardio. My previous pair of earbuds were constantly needing adjustment, and didn't feel that great in my ear. The sound quality is great for the price.
