♥♥♥♥♥ Correct Specifications
Checking the Yamaha web pages for the HTR-5790 140 Watts per channel and 110 watts per channel are both correct measured at 1kHz@8Ohms and 20Hz-20kHz@8Ohms respectivly. According to Yamaha 0.04% total harmonic distortion @8Ohms is correct. With the number of features on this receiver it is entirely conceiveable that either or both of the parties mentioned made an omission or a mistake. It is doubtful either reputable business would deliberately misstate features or misrepresent a model identifier. Accusations should not be made unless they are specific and appropriately researched.
