Didn't work

I purchased this unit to use with their home theater changer. Hooked it up per the instructions, but it didn't work. Samsung tech service was very responsive (it was in the U.S, I could understand them!) and did what they could to try to get it to work, but couldn't. They wanted me to pack up everything (including the changer) and return it. Didn't want to go thur that hassle, so I returned the module and just hard wired the rear speakers.
