Outstanding Product, Exceptional Value

This padded, re-enforced, heavy-duty tripod carrying case is a great deal more than expected. The material is a heavy-duty water resistant canvas type. The shoulder strap with anti-slip pad is comfortable and easy on the shoulders. There are two internal straps to hold the pod in place and a cloth divider, neither of which I have used. The extra accessory external pocket (also padded) holds several small accessories, i.e. mini tri-pods, flashlights, pan and tilt handles, etc.
Having shopped around & compared other tripod bags whose prices where considerably higher with no justification for the additional expense other than the company's name brand imprinted on the canvas, I believe the Addorama bag to be the better purchase.
I plan to purchase similar bags from Adorama to hold light stands and other support equipment.
However, please note the 30" in the Adorama 30" Deluxe, Padded Tripod Case is the external size of the over all case. Your tripod should be reducible to 28"-29" in height. Also, I have to unscrew either the tilt or pan handle on my Slik Pro 700 DX tripod to zip the bag close. It's a small inconvenience that can be corrected by designing the bag slightly wider on the top to allow for more room. For these reasons I have elected to grant 4 stars instead of 5. |
