♥♥♥♥♥ Fine for TV watching. Not so good for talking.
I got this set of headphones to solve a problem: our TV is driven by a Mediacenter PC, and I can't easily get to the back of that PC to plug in regular headphones. But there's so much family noise in my house that to hear the TV programs clearly, the volume has to be jacked up unreasonably. Since I have a free USB port on the front of the Mediacenter, I decided to buy this and its adapter (BT007Si) to watch TV without wires, and without deafening my family. For this use, they're fine.

For listening to music, the highs are too forward and bright. There's a weak bass and a near-total lack of mids.

I tried using this headset with my Speech Recognition in MS-Word and it was very bad; the boom on the headset is short, curved upward, and touches my cheek while extended (it's a hard piece of plastic so you can't flex it to adjust) and unless I yelled into it, Word couldn't get a decent signal from it. So I couldn't use speech recognition. Back to the Ety-Com.

Haven't tried it with my cell phone or PDA yet, but I already have headphones or headsets for them.

In short, if all you want it for is listening on a computer, go for it. If you want sonic fidelity wait for the next generation.
