♥♥♥♥♥ Yes and no.
This iPod case is probably ideal for those who move around a lot while listening to their iPod, such as going to the gym, around town or school or the house, etc. Upon receiving it, I put the plastic wrap that comes with it on my iPod with no trouble. However, when it came to putting the wrapped iPod into the hard plastic case, there was a problem. The plastic kept slipping, and it took awhile to actually get it in there completely. After that, I noticed that the bottom cap for the USB port as well as the entire bottom piece (to remove your ipod from the case) were both rather difficult to take off, and I had to use a pen or something similar to both. This may not be good, but it also may not necessarily be bad, as if it is difficult to intentionally remove, it's even more difficult to remove by accident (ie: by dropping it).

I was perfectly fine until I started noticing that the plastic was hindering the click wheel slightly. It was annoying to have to try a bit harder to actually rotate it. But the plus side the plastic was that it decreased the chances of the dust and other particles scratching the iPod itself. So, because of this annoyance, I removed the plastic wrap, and essentially, the only thing the case is good for anymore is saving your iPod from drops. If things such as sand get in the little cracks between the case, there is a rather high chance your iPod will get scratched.

However, I HAVE dropped my iPod in this case a few times, and it's remained quite intact and working. The only scratches I've gotten from drops or falls are at the top, where it is completely exposed. I have a few major scratches there, which wouldn't have even been protected from the plastic itself.

The case comes with a belt clip, which is rather annoying seeing it is horizontal. I would much rather have a vertical belt clip. The clip itself is rather easy to remove, so I haven't used it for fear that it could break off easily while I'm moving and fall.

All in all, though, my major concern is not with the overall appearance of my iPod, but rather the working condition of it. If this is the same with you, I would recommend this case for you. If you are afraid you are going to drop it, go right ahead and buy this case. However, if you want to maintain the appearance and keep your iPod scratch free, I suggest you look somewhere else.
